Are you insured?
We carry a $5M General Liability and a $1M Garage Keepers policy protecting you, others, and your vehicle. Please do make sure your valuables are removed from your vehicles, as we are not responsible for theft. All claims for damage must be made within 24 hours of the completion of your reservation.
How are your valets screened?
Each of our valets go through rigorous interviews and training process. They must have a clean driving record and pass a criminal background check. Divine has a zero tolerance for any drug, alcohol, or any other substance use.

Where is my car parked when I use Divine?
Your vehicle is safely parked in one of our designated secured lots.
What if my phone dies while you have my car?
Not a problem! You may contact us at our Divine Customer Service line. We will get in contact with your valet and make certain that your vehicle is safely delivered to you.
What if I leave something in my car?
If your valet is in transit to the parking lot, give them a call and they will double back to return your item. Otherwise, you can call our Divine Customer Service line and a member of our team will assist you immediately.
